Current Lexus retail pages in California display a $2,500 MyLexusEV manufacturer offer for electric-vehicle transactions, but the public Lexus-linked offer language does not fully agree on who qualifies, which models are covered or when the program ends.1234
Two California Lexus dealer pages — Lexus of Serramonte and South Bay Lexus — say California residents who do not qualify for the separate MyFirstEV program may qualify for the $2,500 MyLexusEV offer. Both pages display a Sept. 1 through Sept. 30, 2026 window.12
One rule is consistent across those pages and the current Sonic Automotive Lexus incentive feed: MyLexusEV cannot be combined with MyFirstEV.123
The public eligibility language is not the same everywhere
South Bay Lexus describes MyLexusEV as applying to 2026 RZ and 2026/2027 battery-electric ES models and says its offer has no MSRP limitation, while also warning that availability is limited and additional restrictions apply.2
The current Sonic Automotive Lexus incentive feed is narrower. It says the customer must be a California resident with a California driver's license and a previous ZEV purchase or lease, complete a self-attestation, and use the incentive on listed 2026 ES 350e or RZ 350e/450e vehicles above $50,000 MSRP. The Sonic feed also says the offer is available while funding remains and displays an end date of March 31, 2027.3
That does not match the Sept. 30 date and broader eligibility language on the two California dealer pages. The reviewed public surfaces therefore do not establish one complete set of terms that can safely be applied to every Lexus EV transaction.123
Model coverage has a similar wrinkle. A current South County Lexus inventory page for a specific 2026 ES 500e shows the $2,500 MyLexusEV California offer even though the narrower Sonic feed lists the ES 350e rather than the ES 500e.34 That VIN-specific listing shows that at least one ES 500e is being marketed with the incentive; it does not establish that every ES 500e qualifies.4
MyLexusEV is separate from California's MyFirstEV program
California's current MyFirstEV page says eligible first-time California ZEV buyers or lessees can receive $3,500 on a qualifying new ZEV at the point of sale. The state says the program launched Aug. 3, that availability varies by automaker and dealership, and that incentives are first-come while funding remains.5
MyLexusEV is presented on the reviewed retail pages as a Lexus manufacturer offer, not as a second California state rebate.1235 The public terms reviewed for MyLexusEV directly establish only one stacking rule across all three offer surfaces: it cannot be combined with MyFirstEV.123
For a shopper, the supported takeaway is narrower than a universal $2,500 off claim. The offer is live on current Lexus-linked retail surfaces, but exact customer eligibility, model or VIN coverage and the controlling expiration should be verified for the specific transaction because the reviewed public disclosures do not fully agree.1234
