Canada’s fuel rules do not set the 10¢ rate: other current private programs already advertise 10¢/kWh, and Kia’s live page warns its reward can change or vary even though its release describes a three-year subscription.
New dcbel and Wallbox combinations add the Nissan Leaf, Volvo EX90, Polestar 3, Kia EV9 and EV6, but the $18,300 figure is vendor-specific and PG&E's own rules can limit its upfront incentive when another program already covered the full charger-and-installation cost.
The 2026 window runs through Nov. 4; the standard new-BEV rebate is $2,000, while income-qualified Charge Ahead buyers can receive $7,500 if they meet the program rules.
