Baseline cost applies the regular rate to all entered monthly charging energy.
The time-of-use scenario blends off-peak and regular charging according to the entered share, then adds any incremental monthly program fee.

A monthly program fee—or an insufficient share of charging shifted off-peak—can outweigh the lower rate.

Current Lexus-linked pages agree that MyLexusEV cannot be combined with MyFirstEV, but they differ on customer eligibility, model coverage and whether the offer ends Sept. 30 or runs into 2027.
