How the estimate is calculated

In charger-to-circuit mode, the planning relationship divides continuous charging current by 80% and rounds up to a common circuit rating.

In circuit-to-charger mode, the calculator uses 80% of the entered circuit rating as a common continuous-current ceiling.

Does a 50-amp circuit mean the EV charges at 50 amps?
